We Come to You — Anywhere Across South-East Melbourne
Exercare is a fully mobile exercise physiology practice based in Dandenong North, south-east Melbourne. Unlike clinic-based services that require clients to travel to an appointment, Exercare's accredited exercise physiologists visit you — wherever is most practical and meaningful for your daily life.
For many of our clients — including people with disability, older adults, those with limited mobility, or clients managing complex health conditions — the ability to receive exercise physiology in their own home or community setting makes the difference between consistent participation and not accessing services at all. That's why mobile delivery is at the core of how Exercare works.
Servicing all of south-east Melbourne from Port Melbourne to Pakenham, Doncaster to Frankston, and the Bayside corridor — plus telehealth for clients across Victoria.
