Medicare (GP referral)
Chronic disease managementBulk-billing available for eligible clients referred by their GP under a Chronic Disease Management plan. Up to 5 allied health sessions per calendar year — ask your GP to refer you today.

Hydrotherapy — South East Melbourne Exercise Physiology
Hydrotherapy uses the properties of water — warmth, buoyancy, and resistance — to make exercise more comfortable and effective, especially for clients with pain, limited mobility, or joint conditions.

Initial assessment
Your exercise physiologist visits you for a thorough assessment of your health, goals, and physical capacity — at your preferred location.
Your personalised program
We design a tailored exercise program and begin regular sessions, with all required reports provided to your funding body.
Ongoing reviews
Regular goal reviews and updated programs ensure you keep progressing. We liaise with your support team, care manager or GP as needed.

Trading hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Special arrangements can be organised outside these hours.
