About our Black Rock service

Mobile Exercise Physiology in Black Rock

Bayside's south-eastern suburbs are a short drive west of our base along South Road and the Nepean Highway. Our accredited exercise physiologist visits clients in Black Rock (3193), usually around half an hour from our Dandenong North base, so appointments are easy to fit in.

If you're coming home from Sandringham Hospital or the Kingston Centre, we can carry on your rehabilitation at home. We see adults and older people with disability, chronic conditions and falls risk and build programs around what they want to get back to doing.

Example: An 82-year-old in Black Rock is returning home after a hip replacement. Through Support at Home, our EP visits weekly for strength, balance and stair practice so they can get back to daily walks.
