About our Brighton service

Mobile Exercise Physiology in Brighton

Bayside's south-eastern suburbs are a short drive west of our base along South Road and the Nepean Highway. Our accredited exercise physiologist visits clients in Brighton (3186), usually about 35 to 40 minutes from our Dandenong North base, so appointments are easy to fit in.

If you're coming home from Caulfield Hospital or Sandringham Hospital, we can carry on your rehabilitation at home. We see adults and older people with disability, chronic conditions and falls risk and build programs around what they want to get back to doing.

Example: An 85-year-old in Brighton has had two falls this year. Our EP completes a falls-risk assessment and delivers an eight-week strength and balance program at home, funded through Support at Home.
