About our Chelsea service

Mobile Exercise Physiology in Chelsea

Kingston's suburbs run from the Dingley and Braeside industrial and parkland areas to quiet residential streets, a short drive west of our base. Our accredited exercise physiologist visits clients in Chelsea (3196), usually about 25 minutes from our Dandenong North base, so appointments are easy to fit in.

If you're coming home from the Kingston Centre or Frankston Hospital, we can carry on your rehabilitation at home. We see adults and older people with disability, chronic conditions and falls risk and build programs around what they want to get back to doing.

Example: A 23-year-old NDIS participant in Chelsea with autism wants to join a local gym. Our EP visits the gym together, sets up a visual program and gradually fades support.
