About our Hampton service

Mobile Exercise Physiology in Hampton

Bayside's south-eastern suburbs are a short drive west of our base along South Road and the Nepean Highway. Our accredited exercise physiologist visits clients in Hampton (3188), usually around half an hour from our Dandenong North base, so appointments are easy to fit in.

If you're coming home from Sandringham Hospital or Caulfield Hospital, we can carry on your rehabilitation at home. We see adults and older people with disability, chronic conditions and falls risk and build programs around what they want to get back to doing.

Example: A 58-year-old in Hampton with type 2 diabetes has a GP referral under a Chronic Disease Management plan. Our EP sets up a simple strength and walking program at home and teaches blood sugar monitoring around exercise.
