About our Hawthorn service

Mobile Exercise Physiology in Hawthorn

The Monash and Eastern freeways bring Boroondara's leafy suburbs within about half an hour of our base. Our accredited exercise physiologist visits clients in Hawthorn (3122), usually around half an hour from our Dandenong North base, so appointments are easy to fit in.

If you're coming home from the Royal Talbot Rehabilitation Centre or The Alfred, we can carry on your rehabilitation at home. We see adults and older people with disability, chronic conditions and falls risk and build programs around what they want to get back to doing.

Example: An 81-year-old in Hawthorn has had two falls this year. Our EP completes a falls-risk assessment and delivers an eight-week strength and balance program at home, funded through Support at Home.
