Mobile Exercise Physiology in Ringwood

EastLink puts Maroondah within easy reach of our Dandenong North base. Our accredited exercise physiologist visits clients in Ringwood (3134), usually about 20 minutes from our Dandenong North base, so appointments are easy to fit in.

If you're coming home from Maroondah Hospital or Wantirna Health, we can carry on your rehabilitation at home. We see adults and older people with disability, chronic conditions and falls risk and build programs around what they want to get back to doing.

Example: A 38-year-old NDIS participant in Ringwood with cerebral palsy wants to walk to the local shops. Our EP runs a mix of gait training, strength work and community walks, building distance each fortnight.
