About our Waterways service

Mobile Exercise Physiology in Waterways

Kingston's suburbs run from the Dingley and Braeside industrial and parkland areas to quiet residential streets, a short drive west of our base. Our accredited exercise physiologist visits clients in Waterways (3195), usually about 20 minutes from our Dandenong North base, so appointments are easy to fit in.

If you're coming home from the Kingston Centre or Dandenong Hospital, we can carry on your rehabilitation at home. We see adults and older people with disability, chronic conditions and falls risk and build programs around what they want to get back to doing.

Example: An 85-year-old in Waterways has had two falls this year. Our EP completes a falls-risk assessment and delivers an eight-week strength and balance program at home, funded through Support at Home.
