For support coordinators

One Provider for Exercise Physiology and Occupational Therapy

Exercare is a mobile allied health provider offering exercise physiology and occupational therapy to NDIS participants at home and in the community. For support coordinators and plan managers, that means one referral, one point of contact and coordinated goals and reports across both services.

  • No waitlist for occupational therapy: we book as soon as the referral and funding are confirmed
  • Mobile: we visit participants at home, school, work or in the community
  • Plan-managed and self-managed participants
  • Clear communication: with the participant's consent, we keep you updated from referral through to plan reassessment
  • Transparent costs: written estimates of hours for assessments and reports before we start

Support Coordinator FAQs

How quickly can a participant be seen?
Occupational therapy has no waitlist, so we book as soon as the referral and funding are confirmed. For exercise physiology, we'll confirm availability in the participant's area when we receive the referral.
Do participants need a GP referral?
No. NDIS participants can be referred directly by a support coordinator, plan manager, family member or themselves.
Do you work with agency-managed participants?
We currently work with plan-managed and self-managed participants.
Can one referral cover both EP and OT?
Yes. Our NDIS intake form lets you select exercise physiology, occupational therapy or both and we coordinate goals and reports across services.
Will you keep me updated?
Yes, with the participant's consent. We confirm when a referral is received, update you after the initial assessment and provide reports ahead of plan reassessments.
